Talk to your dreams.
Find out what it's really about.
Ask Fritz is a private AI space where you explore your dreams through conversation — guided by Gestalt psychology. Instead of telling you what your dream means, it helps you discover it yourself.
I dreamed I was in my childhood home but all the rooms were locked.
What did it feel like to stand in front of those locked doors?
Strange. Like I was a visitor in my own house.
Where in your life right now do you feel like a visitor?
"I've been feeling like an outsider at work for months. I didn't know how to name it until now."
What you get: Clarity on what's bothering you, exciting you, or holding you back.
How it works: Tell your dream. Fritz asks questions. You find your own answers.
Completely private. No data stored. No sharing. Just you.

The term Gestalt originates from Gestalt psychology, developed by Wertheimer, Köhler, and Koffka (1910). However Kurt Lewin's field theory later (1920) expanded this holistic thinking into a dynamic understanding of person–environment interaction, which was integrated into Gestalt therapy (1951) by Fritz and Laura Perls together with Paul Goodman.
The Role of AI
The platform uses AI not as an authority, but as a process holder — helping you remain present, notice what you usually push away, and listen more carefully to yourself.
Fritz does not offer advice, reasoning, or interpretation, it guides you through a psychological framework to get you to a place of meaning. Therefore responsibility stays with you and the conversation between you and Fritz stay private.
